No. Send what you have, explain the intended use and include any examples of the direction you like. We can review what preparation is needed and discuss the scope.
Original vector files such as AI or EPS are helpful for logos. A PDF may also work, depending on what it contains. Send original image files for photos and review our Artwork Requirements page.
Changing the file extension does not restore missing detail. Send the best original source available; the team can review whether it needs to be recreated or replaced.
