Shipping Destinations:

We offer shipping services for orders within the continental United States and internationally.

Carriers:

Choose from the following carriers for your shipping preferences:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx 

Order Tracking:

Upon request, we can provide you with a tracking number for your package. Simply let us know for this information during the ordering process, and we will send you the tracking number once your order is ready to ship. 

Shipping Damages:

Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during transit. This includes checking both the actual product and the exterior of the package. In the event of shipping damage, retain all packaging materials for inspection by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Contact us promptly if any issues are identified. 

Drop Shipments:

For larger orders that need to be shipped to various addresses, Global Recognition offers drop shipment capabilities. To facilitate this, provide us with an Excel spreadsheet containing the recipient's name and mailing address for each destination. We'll handle the rest!
