Artwork Requirements

You can submit your artwork through various means, including email, USB, or a hard copy. Kindly reach out to us via email or phone call or send your art files to info@globalrecognition.com.

To ensure smooth production processes, please adhere to the specified digital artwork formats outlined below. Should you have any inquiries regarding the compatibility of your digital files or need clarification on our format requirements, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions. We’re here to assist you and minimize any potential production delays.

Kindly refrain from submitting graphics sourced directly from the web, as they often have a resolution setting unsuitable for our reproduction processes. Additionally, please make sure not to embed images in the body of your email. Attach the original file directly to the email rather than copying and pasting the images found on the internet. For instance, please download the image and attach it to the body of your message rather than using copy/paste methods. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of your artwork during our processes.

Preferred File Types

  1. Adobe Illustrator – Either .ai or .eps
  2. Adobe Photoshop – Either .pdf, .jpeg, or .tiff (minimum of 150 dpi)
  3. Corel Draw - - Save as .pdf/.eps with text converted to outlines/curves
  4. If using images from the internet – save as a .pdf/.eps file

Font/Text

For vector files, please ensure that all text is converted to outlines/curves. Keep in mind that once this conversion is completed, the text in your artwork becomes non-editable. If future editing is necessary, include the font file/name with your submission, or consult with us to confirm availability of your required font.

Color Matching

For precise color matching, please provide the PMS color or CMYK color number. Due to variations in computer screens and printers, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed through screen viewing alone.

Art Fee’s

If you cannot meet our artwork requirements and further work needs to be done on our end to ensure that your artwork can be worked with, an artwork fee will need to be added to your overall order. Artwork will be billed at $60 per hour.
