K9 Pyro had life threatening injuries when he was stabbed multiple times in the neck while apprehending a suspect.
Based on community support for the official K9 Pyro fundraising t-shirts, Global Recognition raised over $12,000 for the medical expenses of K9 Pyro and the Green Bay Police K9 Program. K9 Pyro returned to full duty the same day.

K9 Pyro Official Fundraising Shirt
K9 Officer Pyro was stabbed multiple times while apprehending a suspect and suffered severe injury. The community showed support with their prayers and asked how they can help or donate money.
The Green Bay Police Dept. authorized this official fundraising t-shirt to raise
funds for the medical expenses of K9 Pyro as well as the Green Bay Police K9 program. At a time like this, it was important to show we support our law enforcement and the sacrifices they make to keep our community safe. The K9 Pyro shirt fundraiser ended on April 12, 2019.
